Summertime is learning time.
Our summer internships are available to high school and college students. We comb all of Silicon Valley to find employers who want to invest in foster youth from our community and do right by them. Summer internships are great opportunity for our youth to see what it's like to work in a professional environment, work in a team, and have real responsibilities.

A job is a gift that keeps on giving.
Our young people age out of the system when they turn 21. It's important that they gain valuable work experience while they are in care, so they can face better odds for employment success when they exit the system. You can help by offering our youth a job at your small business or office. You'll be helping them in the present and setting them up for success in the future.
I stayed in touch with my internship boss and when I graduated, they offered me a full-time job.
